Meringue Topping

Super light melt in your mouth Meringue Perfect for topping Lemon meringue pie, baked alaska and more ! Made easy with our Cake Cream mix and there is no need to worry about cooking anything ! 
  • 100g Cake Cream ( Any colour or flavour ) 
  • 35g Water 

Lets make some Yummy Meringue Topping

  1. Combine Cake cream and 35g of water.
  2. Whisk on high speed till still peaks form. ( About 9 minutes with a stand mixer and 15 with an electric hand whisk. ) 
  3. To make a toasted Meringue use a blow torch for best results or grill in oven on high till browned.
