Chocolate Mousse

Indulgent and light and seriously easy to make. Why not try it with out flavoured Cake Cream for added yum !
  • 200g Cake Cream
  • 125ml Warm Water 
  • 200g Melted chocolate (Can be white, Milk or Dark)

Lets Make Some Chocolate Mousse!

1. Whip up 200g of cake cream with 125ml warm water until stiff peaks.
2. Add 200g of warm melted Dark Chocolate 🍫
3. Do not over mix ! Use spatula to make sure you get the bottom of the bowl.
3. Spoon into jar or glass and layer with your favorite toppings.
4. Chill and enjoy!
