WHAT IS CAKE CREAM?

LETS MAKE SOME SWISS MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM.
1. Add a softened Block of Butter (454g) and 400g Cake Cream to a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. Use a spatula to combine the butter and Cake Cream mix roughly. Then mix with your mixer till full combined. Whisk for a minimum of 5 minutes till lightened in colour. Use a light in colour butter for best results.
2. Keep your mixer on medium/slow speed and gradually pour in 250ml Water (Warm) till fully combined. Once Combined mix on high for aprox 1 min.
Important Info: Cake Cream must be at Room Temperature in order to work with it. See below for storage instructions and tips for getting your mix back to working temperature.
